Taqueria Perlitas at 701 North Columbia Street, Plainview, Texas.

Went for lunch and was recommended the Supreme Burrito. Not really a Burrito but they use a large tortilla as a plate and pile beans, eggs, sausage, ground beef, cheese, etc. To where you can't even fold the tortilla. You gotta break it down enough with a fork first till you get about half way done then you can start to fold the tortilla. Pretty filling and reasonably priced. $5.91 for the Supreme and a coke. Also might be fresher in the morning both times I went for lunch and the eggs and such were sitting under a heat lamp. Not too big of a deal for me but maybe others.

I live in Lubbock Texas and by far this place has the best breakfast burritos and great price
